This is YOUR once-a-year opportunity to support and experience the vast amount of talent and passion from right here at home. LOCAL NATION is a company creating opportunities, elevating, and connecting LOCAL music scenes around the NATION. The corporate boundaries (Spotify/record companies), the over saturation of cover bands, out of touch booking agents, and venues hanging by a thread to stay in businesses- have all contributed to the impossible playing field for true talent and ORIGINAL musicians in Chicagoland. These artists have few places to grow, gain a fanbase, create revenue, and bring their dreams/talent to the next level. How can we expect to nurture these artists that inspire and create having no platform? That’s where Local Nation and Homegrown Arts and Music Festival come in. Local Nation and its affiliates use our expertise to put together an event with the top tier ORIGINAL musicians from our Chicagoland communities.
